Revenue Reconciliation Specialist u2013 Raritan, NJ Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Revenue Reconciliation Specialist at one of our Global clients in Raritan, NJ. Title: Revenue Reconciliation Specialist Location: Raritan (08854) Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO Hours: M-F 8-hour first shift. Duration: contract March 2026-July 2026 Summary: Revenue Reconciliation Specialist: Revenue Reconciliation Medical Device Disputes Responsibilities: Accurately reconcile dispute claims for Medical Device customers, including investigation, analysis, and timely resolution of all open disputes. + Perform daily dispute resolution for product mis-shipments and billings for customers and research issues as needed. + Possess passion for delivering results to customers while working well under pressure, working in a team environment + Prepares documentation to adequately document variances and analysis for all findings + Obtain and exchange information with customers, provide direction for required adjustments + Complete data scrubbing/reconciliation for adjustment processing + Perform internal adjustments, credit processing / quality checks (confirm adjustments processed accurately, ensure the quality of all required supporting documents provided) + Effectively communicate with upper-level management and external customers in both a written and verbal manner + Adhere to quality and SOX controls processes and service quality guidelines + Complete all training by established due dates + Interact with, and supports, the Channel Management and Deliver Revenue organization, JNJ affiliates and Compliance Teams + Duties will be conducted in compliance with all company, local, state and federal regulations and guidelines including FDA and DEA. + Ability to work daily, onsite in Raritan, NJ office` QUALIFICATIONS: + Bacheloru2019s degree in accounting or business management + Minimum 3-5 years professional business or collections experience + Familiarity with SAP required and reconciliation system FSCM a plus + Proficiency level with MS Office Suite including Excel advanced skills and VLOOKUPu2019s and Pivot tables + Finance knowledge and/or work experience preferred in any of the following areas: Accounts Receivable, Deduction Management, or Collections + Understanding of DSO, Aging Buckets, AR trends + Must work well under pressure, ability to multi- task, and work in team environment + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + A strong attention to details is imperative with the ability to multitask and ability to manage high volume of transactions in a results oriented, high-pressure setting Apply now for immediate consideration Please do not contact your local Kelly branch office as it is not filling this position. #p1 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
