Payroll Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role involves overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll management and full cycle payroll processes, as well as proficiency with ADP Workforce Now. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and oversee payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing for all employees. u2022 Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. u2022 Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll systems and processes efficiently. u2022 Handle full cycle payroll tasks, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments. u2022 Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries. u2022 Ensure proper tracking and reporting of employee benefits and deductions. u2022 Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly. u2022 Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. u2022 Develop and implement best practices for payroll operations and systems. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in payroll management with a focus on full cycle payroll processes. u2022 Strong proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations. u2022 In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance standards. u2022 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams. u2022 Familiarity with payroll reporting and documentation standards.
