What Youu2019ll Experience Our Supervisor Trainee Program is a structured development track that combines focused training, hands-on learning, and performance-based advancement. Youu2019ll receive the tools and support needed to grow into a leadership role, with the goal of becoming a Supervisor overseeing a team of 18u201321 employees within 12 months. Location & Schedules This position is an in-person opportunity, located at 600 Technology Dr. Weldon Spring, MO. Schedules for this position will be Monday-Friday with a start time between 7:00am-9:00am and will require working every third Saturday (remote) 8:00am-12:00pm.
