Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Analyst to oversee and execute complex technology programs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position is based in Hartford County, Connecticut, and is a contract opportunity with the potential for a long-term role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and leadership skills to drive successful program outcomes. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technology programs involving diverse stakeholders and systems. u2022 Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery. u2022 Analyze technical and business requirements to design effective solutions that meet organizational goals. u2022 Identify potential risks within programs and implement proactive mitigation measures. u2022 Conduct data validation and quality assurance to maintain program integrity and success. u2022 Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. u2022 Facilitate meetings and manage collaboration across internal teams and external partners. u2022 Coordinate with developers, engineers, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. u2022 Document processes, configurations, and system changes for compliance and future reference. u2022 Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational expectations. Requirements u2022 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with proficiency in tools like Jira and Project. u2022 Technical expertise in IT systems and data analysis tools, including Tableau and Power BI. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate program performance and address challenges. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. u2022 3u20135 years of experience in technical program management or analysis. u2022 Preferred certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar. u2022 Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, and Azure.
