Physical Therapist - LTC

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work at a Facility in Hermiston , OR. These are _registry_ positions with our company. Pay Rate: $92.59 / hour 1099 Independent Contractor Minimum Qualifications: + A valid and current physical therapist license issued by the state of OR + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English Job Responsibilities: + Evaluate patientsu2019 physical conditions and movement abilities + Create and carry out individualized treatment plans + Provide therapeutic exercises and manual therapy + Use equipment and modalities (e.g., heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) + Educate patients on proper exercises, posture, and injury prevention + Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed + Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes + Communicate with physicians and healthcare team members + Maintain a clean and safe treatment area + Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, and function If interested, please apply through this job post.
