This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards. What Youu2019ll Do + Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service + Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls + Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products + Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems + Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment + Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success Required Qualifications + Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines) + Associate's degree required + Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service + Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills + Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools + Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized Great opportunity to grow with a stable insurance team and convert to full-time. #WestPriority26 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
