Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in So. Burlington, Vermont. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service experience. This is a long-term contract position with opportunities for growth based on performance and tenure. Responsibilities: u2022 Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions. u2022 Process payments, returns, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism. u2022 Assist customers with ordering parts and provide guidance on extended warranties and maintenance options. u2022 Proactively upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. u2022 Collaborate with team members to provide seamless customer support and uphold company standards. u2022 Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs have been fully addressed. u2022 Utilize relevant systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. u2022 Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services. u2022 Adhere to all company procedures and compliance standards while delivering excellent service. u2022 Manage escalated issues with tact and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions. Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, 8:30 AM u2013 5:00 PM Starting at $17.50/hr + SPIFFs and bonuses Increases to $18.75/hr after 6 months Increases to $20.25/hr after 9 months Training: 3 weeks contract-to-permanent placement Requirements u2022 Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. u2022 Familiarity with Epic systems or equivalent platforms. u2022 Strong ability to upsell products and services, including extended warranties. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. u2022 Proven ability to handle payments, returns, and troubleshoot customer issues. u2022 High level of organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. u2022 Ability to begin employment once all pre-employment requirements are met.
