Training will be conducted on 1st shift for up to 6 months. + As the A&P Technician, you will perform a variety of duties, including, but not limited to servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removing equipment + You will conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications + You will manage technical products, services logistics and provisioning, quantity surveying, and configurations to assigned customers + You will also troubleshoot technical problems and issues, recommending actions to company or customer representatives while assessing product needs in accordance with customer specifications + Up to 25% Travel What You Will Learn + How to serve as local on-site RTX representative to the customer's organization, managing statements of work to meet customer and contract requirements Qualifications You Must Have: u200b + HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) and a minimum of 2 years' experience as an A&P Technician + Active A&P License + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract Qualifications We Preferu200b: + Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management + A&P Technician experience + Shop/Bench refurbishment experience + Experience with the inspection of engine parts refurbishment, troubleshooting, repairs and return to service of engines, modules and components + Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC)-powered aircraft + Heavy hangar/FBO/field experience - rigging, R&I, MRP's, aircraft interface + Customer service experience This role is: + Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
