In this role, you will set the tone from the start, for the member's visits to LaPlaya.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests by name with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness as they arrive, making them feel valued from the moment they walk through the doorAsist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations, and all member programs and events.Maintain a clean and organized host stand, providing guests with menus, answering questions about the menu or restaurant policiesCoordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service during busy hoursHandle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservationsUphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and guest relations at all times Requirements Guest relations experienceCustomer service experienceExperience as a Concierge or similar role is preferredMicrosoft Office skillsOn the job trainingAbility to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understandingPhysical Demands:Must be able to walk, stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to work at a desk on a computerOther Demands:Ability to communicate effectively in English with the members, guests and colleaguesImpeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skillsAttention to detailAble to work independently with flexible hours and follow directives from leadershipMaintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image Salary Description 18.00 per hour
