About the Role Reporting to the Director of Production for Holland America Line, the Manager, Sea Production is responsible for leading the production and project management of RWS produced onboard entertainment for our cruise line client. Ensuring each group holds the original artistic intention and integrity of each entertainment product. This position is also responsible for upholding the RWS Global and client brand standards and supporting the continued innovation and operational efficiency of client rehearsal operations. Roles and Responsibilities u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Providing holistic production and project management for mainstage products (workflow management, studio logistics, materials management, transportation logistics, talent onboarding support, product install and changeover, etc) u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Acting as the main production contact for the onboard entertainment team. Assisting and troubleshooting as needed u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Creating and coordinating rehearsal schedules, wardrobe fittings, and cast onboarding meetings u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Actioning and responding to all rehearsal and voyage reports u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Creating production calendars for installs and changeovers. Liaising with the client to ensure all timelines are met u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Managing all changeover budgets u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Handling all in studio and onboard product changeovers as assigned, assisting with studio needs as necessary (tape-outs, set-up, etc) u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Running and attending onboard changeovers/installs as needed u2022u00a0u00a0 u00a0Documenting and updating all u2018production books'.
