Description The Huntington Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a Platform Senior Architect with deep experience of the following Salesforce products: Sales & Service, Marketing, Financial Services Clouds as well as MuleSoft. A candidate must have a deep working knowledge of the ways that data is shared between clouds, secured at rest, and securely propagated to/synchronized with external systems. The Senior Architect will work under the guidance of a Chief Architect and is a trusted advisor to both internal and external partners, serving to provide technical leadership to the Huntington Salesforce COE Service Delivery leaders, Technical Delivery teams and peer Architects across the Huntington Enterprise. Detailed Description: + Provide Salesforce architecture and design guidance by engaging business, risk, and technology partners to ensure that Salesforce platform-based solutions meet functional, performance and security requirements. This may involve complex efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem and/or integration with company and vendor systems as needed. + Develop, maintain, and communicate the platform architectural target state and direction, including interim state where needed. + Communicate and govern use of architectural trends and best practices within the application domain through: + Peer-to-peer Architect solution formulation + Team design reviews + COE Architecture Review Board voting membership + Conduct product/solution evaluations by creating prototypes/proof of concepts to elicit, clarify, and design towards the business goals. The evaluation scope will include Salesforce capabilities and third-party vendor offerings + Mentor technical delivery staff. Basic Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. + 4+ yearsu2019 experience architecting enterprise Salesforce implementations including Sales, Service, Financial services, and Marketing Clouds + 7+ years of progressively responsible technical and business work experience developing enterprise-level applications which includes a minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience. + Salesforce Data Model knowledge and strong data modeling experience. + Familiar with Salesforce platform security patterns and implementation in a full-stack environment + Familiar with enterprise communication patterns including events, services and bulk data movement. + Proven strategic thinkers who can define current and target state architecture as well as the roadmap to achieve target state. + Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) are primary to the success of this candidate. Preferred Qualifications: + Salesforce Certifications such as, but not limited to: Administrator, Platform Developer (1 and 2), Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect + Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred + Salesforce DataCloud experience preferred + Experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets or Enterprise equivalent or the Sharing and Visibility Architect certification + Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrade experience highly preferred + Experience with Salesforce projects that involved large data integration and data migration activities as part of project scope. + Experience working with ETL tools and system integrations or the Integration Architect certification Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Yes Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Compensation Range: 93,000.00 - 189,000.00 USD Annual The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
