Work a standard weekday shift (typically 11am-7pm) providing essential support services, with dedicated evening hours for respite care sessions starting at 3:30pm.- Weekday flexibility to structure your 8-hour day, with required evening availability- Choice of one weekend day (Saturday OR Sunday) with flexible hours between 9am-7pm- Two consistent days off per week- Ability to customize your schedule within our service requirementsu00a0Perfect for individuals who value work-life balance while making a difference in Franklin and Delaware counties. This position is a direct, hands on opportunity with great flexibility.u00a0Treatment Advocates with National Youth Advocate Program work closely with adolescents, youth, and children as well as families and community partners, to provide advocacy and support through behavior health and respite care for individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in the home, community and office setting. Responsibilities may include transportation, participationu00a0in community activities, or one on one in home services.
