Workers typicallyperform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of thefollowing: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering,fertilizing, digging, and raking. May also perform minor repairs andmaintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds-keeping and treeservices through bracing, planting, pruning, removal, spraying, surgery,trimming. No education is required. One month of experience isrequired.Workers are needed to begin work on May 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.Work will be performed in Phoenix, Arizona including in the county ofMaricopa. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday,hours 9:00AM to 5:00PM and will be paid no less than $19.42 per hourand overtime at a rate no less than $29.13 per hour. The employer willuse a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. Workerswill be paid on Friday (bi-weekly) by check.All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will bemade. Employer agrees to reimburse inbound transportation andsubsistence expenses ($16.28 per day minimum, without receipts, to amaximum of $68.00 per day, with receipts) from the place from which theworker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad,to the place of employment if the worker completes 50 percent of theperiod of employment covered by the job order (not counting anyextensions). In determining the appropriate amount of reimbursement formeals for less than a full day, the employer may provide for mealexpense reimbursement, with receipts, up to 75 percent of the maximumreimbursement for meals, or $51.00. The employer may arrange and payfor the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimumthe most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of thetransportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker'sdeparture, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by theworker.
