Specific activities may change from time to time. + Support the execution of priority initiatives across Wholesale by contributing to detailed project plans, coordinating dependencies with crossu2011functional partners, and assisting in governance routines (standu2011ups, milestones, risks/issues). Prepare synthesized updates and support escalation of key items to senior leaders. + Support crossu2011functional initiatives from discovery through execution, including maintaining roadmaps, meeting cadences, governance practices, and assisting in preparing structured status reporting for senior stakeholders. + Build and maintain comprehensive project plans by coordinating across business, operations, risk, and technology partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, deliverables, and execution outcomes. + Prepare materials for weekly routines and special projects, including agendas, summaries, action items, and decision points. Track all actions to closure and maintain visibility into progress. + Apply early credit knowledge (e.g., credit training, rotational program exposure, underwriting support) to assist with initiatives or BAU tasks connected to credit processes, underwriting workflows, or risku2011related operational routines as needed.
