Adecco is assisting a local client in the SW Miami area looking for an experienced Part Time Paralegal (Real Estate, Probate or Estate Planning) . to work 2 days a week either Monday and Wednesday or Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. Pay is $32 per hour. You must be available to work ONSITE in the SW Miami area. Full Job Description Company principal practice areas include Probate and Estate Planning areas of practice as well as domestic and international inbound and outbound taxation. The firm has expanded through controlled growth to broaden the scope of services provided to domestic and international client base. In addition to probate, estate planning and tax planning practice, they offer a multi-faceted approach to the financial portrait of their clients. As complementary practice areas, they assist clients with immigration, real estate, commercial and corporate matters and wealth preservation. Job Duites; u00b7 Administrative Duties: managing attorney(s) calendars; screen and manage telephone calls; set up and maintenance of all client files; and support with time sheets and billing; u00b7 Assist in finalizing multi-element client projects; u00b7 Assist in drafting legal documents associated with various probate, estate and tax matters; u00b7 Assist in drafting and processing probate filings and submissions; u00b7 Assist in matters related to trust administration, including but not limited to, matters related to investment directives, powers of appointment, beneficiary distribution requests; u00b7 Supervise filing of documents with the Courts and/or other government entities; u00b7 Assist in matters related to general real estate transactions and related matters; u00b7 Handling of real estate transactions and closings; u00b7 Day to day correspondence and communication with clients, vendor and other parties as to real estate transactions; u00b7 Order and review of title work, lien searches, surveys, etc. u00b7 Qualifications: Preferred Education and Experience: u00b7 Fluent in English and Spanish u00b7 Minimum of 4 - 5 years required in any one of the following areas: probate, estate planning, trusts, real estate or any general business or transactional area u00b7 Associateu2019s degree is required. Bacheloru2019s degree is preferred u00b7 Paralegal Certificate, Required u00b7 Stable work history u00b7 Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel u00b7 Proficiency with Qualia preferred. u00b7 Proficiency with DisplaySoft (Probate Program) - Required u00b7 Proficiency with WealthCounsel (Estate Planning Program) is preferred. Pay $32.00 per hour. Work schedule: 8:30am-5pm, Monday and Wednesday or Monday and Friday. Will work 2 days a week only.
