Job Description u2022 The ideal candidate balances structure with flexibility, demonstrates strong situational leadership, and can navigate organizational complexity. u2022 Facilitates all ART ceremonies across multiple ARTs (PI Planning, SoS, ART Sync). u2022 Tracks ART metrics, risks, and dependencies. u2022 Drives continuous improvement within the train. u2022 Ensures alignment to program roadmap & crossu2011team coordination. u2022 Trains teams and leaders on Agile, SAFe, Lean, OKRs, and flow. u2022 Leads or support organizational Agile transformations. u2022 Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams, and leaders on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) to strengthen practices and mindset. u2022 Provides oneu2011onu2011one and group coaching to build highu2011performing, selfu2011organizing teams. u2022 Serves as a mentor and thought partner to leadership, helping them model Agile behaviors. u2022 Facilitates Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions, including retrospectives, OKR workshops, value stream mapping, PI readiness activities, and continuous improvement events. u2022 Helps develop and evolve Agile standards, governance models, and maturity assessments. u2022 Ability to build and execute upon an agile coaching plan. u2022 Bring a change management mindset to teams that may be struggling with transformational change (calm, logic, patience to coach, problem solving, etc.). u2022 Navigate and develop relationships with a team where psychological safety or trust may be at risk. This may appear as a team reluctant to speak up, struggles to problem solve, struggles to move quickly, process/operational inefficiencies, etc. u2022 Align to an enterprise level transformation strategy.
