DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Maintain cleanliness of the breakroom and all restrooms. u2022 Sweep and damp mop all floors on a daily basis. u2022 Clean up of spills throughout your shift. u2022 Empty all trash inside and outside of store. u2022 Schedule rotation and cleaning of the dairy shelves. u2022 Schedule cleaning of the glass dairy and frozen food doors. u2022 Sweep parking lot with designated equipment. u2022 Perform minor repairs of equipment and fixtures as needed. u2022 Shovel and salt sidewalks as needed. u2022 Maintain compliance with all company policies and established procedures. u2022 Maintain company standards and programs for safety, fire prevention, and security. u2022 Maintain productivity levels at or above company standards. u2022 Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity and respect. u2022 Maintain good communication with the management team and associates. u2022 Provide outstanding customer service. u2022 Communicate any needed repairs and/or maintenance work needed. u2022 Maintain a quality of performance of all specific duties and responsibilities assigned. u2022 Perform all other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS u2022 Effective interpersonal and communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment. u2022 Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job. u2022 Must meet minimum age requirements. u2022 Flexible schedule needed. Physical Requirements u2022 Stand/walk 100% of the time. u2022 Frequent reaching and lifting (mop buckets, spills) u2022 Frequent bending, kneeling and squatting. u2022 Ability to handle a variety of cleaning materials/substances. u2022 Lift up to 40 lbs. approximately 50% of the time. u2022 Push/pull up to 40 lbs. regularly PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS u2022 Maintain cleanliness and conditions of the internal and external store and property. u2022 Maintain cleanliness and conditions of the equipment used in the performance of this job function. u2022 Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
