Were seeking local PandD drivers ready to move their careers and our freight.?MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:- At least 21 years old- Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements.- At least one year of verifiable commercial driving experience with similar equipment.- Doubles/triples and chaining experience is preferred but not required.- Valid DOT Medical Certification.- Must have a clean driving record. No DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in the last 3 years.- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and dispatch/managers.- Basic English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Safely and efficiently tractor trailer combinations between terminals or meet points.- Adapting to challenging conditions like inclement weather and various road conditions.- Ability to meet the Company's reliability standard for employees.- Ability to chain as needed and to work in inclement weather is required.- Availability to work weekends and/ or nights if needed.- Other duties as assigned.BENEFITS:- - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options to fit your needs. - Employee-only coverage: Costs up to 2% of gross income. - Family coverage: Cost up to 4% of gross income. - 401K - 100% match up to 5% of employees contribution. - Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months. - Holiday pay after your 90 days. - Cell phone stipend. - Home daily.
