Whatu2019s in it for you: + Set schedule: We have flex (On Call) shifts available and schedule will be discussed at the time of the interview. + Competitive hourly wage of $20.55 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees) + A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options + Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld + Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Security Fire Marshal Flex Officer + Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors + Manage access control + Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks + Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs + Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams + Answer questions in person or by phone + Write incident reports and communicate security concerns + React quickly to threats or incidents + Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications for Security Fire Marshal Flex Officer + Be authorized to work in the U.S. + Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED + Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process + Exceptional customer service skills + Proficient in basic phone & computer skills + If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience u2013 even better + You have a state license if required + Must have two years of fire experience or security experience in the auto industry + Must have a valid driver's license + Must be at least 21 years of age In the United States, GardaWorld Security remains the only guarding security company to be Certified by Great Place to Work .
