If youu2019re ready to advance your career in a leading healthcare system, apply today What You'll Do What Youu2019ll Do + Perform advanced ultrasound procedures while maintaining exceptional imaging quality and accuracyu2022 Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for sonography team membersu2022 Support quality improvement and patient safety initiativesu2022 Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and care teams to deliver timely, accurate resultsu2022 Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that reflects Novant Healthu2019s commitment to remarkable experiences What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Program or CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program, required. + Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in sonography, required. + Licensure/Certification: Certified and registered by ARDMS in three specialties. Vascular Technology is a required specialty. Pediatric Sonography or Obstetrics and Gynecology Sonography, or Abdomen Sonography or Musculoskeletal Sonography are options for the additional certifications required. The expertise of the Sonographer III must match the examination demographics of the hiring site. Breast Sonography is excluded from one of the three required, required. Vascular Technology u2013 by ARRT in Vascular Sonography; RT(S)(VS) or RDMS, RT(VS) or, ARDMS in Vascular Technology; RDMS, RVT, VT or by CCI in Vascular Ultrasound; RT(S), RVS or RDMS, RVS, required. Pediatric Sonography u2013 RDMS, PS or Obstetrics/Gynecology u2013 RDMS, OB/GYN or Musculoskeletal Sonography; RDMS, RMSKS, MSKS, required. Applicable state license, required.
