Job Description Job Description Job Title Physical Therapist Job Summary Permanent Physical Therapist position at Independence Village of Petoskey, a StoryPoint owned senior living community (approximately 30 minutes south of the Mackinac Bridge in northern Michigan). Powerback Rehab provides all rehab services at this location. The site offers a small, experienced rehab team in place. Large rehab gym with state of the art equipment, big screen TVs and windows. E-doc via Net Health and individual iPads. 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend rotation. Providing physical therapy services to patients. Evaluating patient conditions and developing treatment plans. Documenting patient progress using Net Health E-doc and individual iPads. Detailed qualifications would be provided by the employer.) Valid Physical Therapy (PT) license in the state of Michigan (MI). Proficiency in electronic documentation (Net Health preferred).
