** Possible 3rd Shift Position ***Shop Supervisors plan, schedule, coordinate and implement methods and procedures for the most efficient and economical repairs of equipment in an error-free manner; inspect and measure performance of maintenance personnel to improve overall Service Center operations.Reviews daily maintenance schedule and confers with shift personnelMaintains superior internal and external customer relations, consistent with company policiesAssists in the training, development and evaluation of maintenance personnel; in conjunction with Shop ManagerEnsures maintenance facility conforms to prescribed standards of safety and cleanliness Assists Shop Manager in the investigation, reporting and initiation of corrective actions for accidents and job related injuriesIs knowledgeable and has understanding and application of company safety practices including DOT, EPA, ICC and OSHA rules and regulationsBasic math skillsFluent in EnglishStable and growing organizationCompetitive weekly payQuick advancementQuality HoursProfessional, positive and people-centered work environmentModern facilitiesClean, late model equipmentComprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal daysStarting Pay: $70,000 per year. Pay does vary depending on relevant industry experience.This position requires the ability to perform a combination of administrative and operational duties in an office and dock environment.
