They will oversee the recruiting and enrollment processes for eligible UPK and Head Start students, including conducting intakes, managing required documentation, maintaining wait-lists, and trackingenrollment data. Track and submit billing for SCSD on a monthly basis. They will create and maintain student files in compliance with SCSD, HS, CACFP, and OCFS. The program Coordinator will create and maintain class rosters, complete online applications, submit paperwork to SCSDregistration office. As well as, collect and submit updated student medical records to SCSD Health Office and send referrals to Head Start Intake office. This position will collect, compile, report immunization data to the NYS Dept. of Health and attend regular meetings including: weekly supervision, monthly Admin. team, monthly staff meetings, quarterly Management Team meetings. The Program Coordinator will act as professional role model for staff and participants, maintain guidelines established by the funding sources and Catholic Charities policies andprocedures. Perform other tasks/duties as assigned and stay in compliance with OCFS mandated training requirementsStarting Pay For This Position Is: $24 per hourFull-time-35 hours per weekEducation and/or Experience Required at Entry:NYS Teaching Certification, Early Childhood Education; Birth to 2nd or N to 6th with up to three (3) years of experience working in a school setting a plus.
