(Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)LandscapingPool maintenanceRichdale is more than where you work, it’s your home.Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience requiredExperience in maintaining commercial grounds preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid driver's license requiredAbility to consistently display a positive attitudeEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
