Outside Sales Representative

Job Title: Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Description As an Outside Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively reaching out to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guide customers toward the best option, and secure sales. Additionally, you will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact, offering clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. You will utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues. Responsibilities + Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties. + Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion or structural damage. + Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses. + Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess restoration needs. Essential Skills + Eager, upbeat, and self-motivated approach. + 2+ years of customer interfacing sales experience. + Sales and customer service orientation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Progressive success in sales over at least 3 years. + Flexibility to work nights and weekends. + Financial motivation and ownership with self-accountability. + High energy, motivation, and ambition. + Ability to effectively hunt for new business opportunities. Work Environment The role is internally referred to as a Field Supervisor for the Water Restoration and Excavation teams. The branch employs 100-110 people, with a significant market reach from Mt. Vernon/Arlington to Rochester, including the Peninsula to the Hood Canal Bridge. Ideal candidates will be based in Kent or surrounding areas. Team meetings and paperwork submission may require office visits twice a week. Training involves a 4-week program, with potential adjustments based on background. The position requires 24/7 flexibility, although the schedule is not 24/7. Candidates need to use their own car, with mileage reimbursement provided. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
