General Production Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: General Production Associate Location: Alsip, IL Pay Range: $26.95 Shift: Monday- Friday 3pm-1130pm What's the Job? + Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Work procedures and supervisor instructions. + Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met. + Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards. + Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices. + Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery. What's Needed? + Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a safe manner. + Strong attention to detail and quality standards. + Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures. + Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. + No prior experience required; training will be provided.
