Join us THE ROLE The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and safety of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This role supports daily golf operations by ensuring turf, landscaping, and course features are maintained to high standards that enhance the guest experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES u2022 Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice areas u2022 Assist with mowing, aeration, fertilization, and irrigation u2022 Rake and maintain bunkers u2022 Trim landscaping and natural areas u2022 Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely u2022 Identify and report maintenance or safety issues u2022 Assist with course setup and tournament preparation u2022 Follow all safety and environmental guidelines SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE u2022 High school diploma or equivalent preferred u2022 Groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred but not required SKILLS AND ABILITIES u2022 Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions u2022 Attention to detail u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team u2022 Willingness to learn equipment and turf care practices COMPENSATION Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience, and discounted golf privileges. WORKING CONDITIONS Location: On Site (Golf Course) PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment for extended periods.
