FTE: 1.000000 Shift: Shift 1 JobSummary: The Manager of Enterprise Analytics Infrastructure isresponsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoingmanagement of a secure, scalable, and high-performing analyticsecosystem that supports the organization's strategic and operationalgoals. This role oversees both cloud and on-premises environments,ensuring seamless connectivity, data accessibility, and systemreliability across a hybrid infrastructure. The manager provideshands-on leadership to a team of engineers and administrators andcollaborate with IT teams for networking, system integration, DBadministration and platform operations, including servers, VMs, loadbalancing, single sign-on (SSO), firewalls, monitoring, and disasterrecovery. They drive best practices in DevOps and FinOps, manage Cloudresources and subscriptions, enforce role-based access controls, andoptimize performance and cost across multiple environments. Working atthe intersection of IT, analytics, and clinical operations, this leaderensures that the analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, M365)are resilient, compliant, and well-integrated with enterprise systems(Ex: such as Epic) and other SaaS solutions. They collaborate closelywith partners across Information Security, Data Governance, CloudEngineering, and Business Analytics teams to ensure compliance withhealthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA, PHI protection) whileadvancing modernization and AI-readiness goals. This role requires abalance of technical depth, operational excellence, and strategicvision, combining infrastructure expertise with strong collaborationskills to enable a trusted, performant analytics environment thatempowers data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: Five (5) or more years of relevant experience includingthree or more years in a formal or informal leader position is required.Experience in enabling cloud-based infrastructure for data, analyticsand AI is preferred. Experience working with Epic System (EMR) platformis preferred. Experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Formalleadership experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor'sdegree in computer science, data engineering, network and systemsengineering, information systems, software engineering or related fieldsis required. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Understanding of data privacystandards and security best practices is preferred. Final compensation is based onexperience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during theinterview process.
