You'll thrive in this role, if you enjoy working with project systems, providing technical and functional support, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities In This Role:u2022 Provide day-to-day support for project management and control systems used by Project Controls teams nationwide.u2022 Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting project systems to meet business needs.u2022 Collaborate with the PMIS team and Project Controls stakeholders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.u2022 Support system users by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing training as needed.u2022 Help document processes, workflows, and system configurations for reference and compliance.u2022 Participate in testing and quality assurance for system updates and enhancements.u2022 Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and assist in implementing solutions.Design and grow your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed - today and into tomorrow.#LI-HA1 Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).u2022 Familiarity with project management or project controls systems- specifically Oracle Unifier Systems.u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.u2022 Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.Ideally youu2019ll also haveu2022 Experience supporting project controls or engineering/construction projects.u2022 Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar project management tools.u2022 Basic understanding of business process design and optimization.Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
