Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with attention to detail to join our team as a Specialty Recruiter Intermediate in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic team. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. u2022 Conduct detailed reviews of candidate applications to ensure alignment with job requirements. u2022 Facilitate interviews and provide insights to hiring teams for decision-making. u2022 Manage and track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies. u2022 Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for future hiring needs. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process. u2022 Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance recruitment outcomes. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to key stakeholders. u2022 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment efforts. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Strong understanding of hiring processes and employment regulations. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to review candidate qualifications and assess suitability for roles. u2022 Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. u2022 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. u2022 Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. u2022 Knowledge of current recruitment trends and strategies.
