Adecco is currently assisting General Butler State Resort Park in Carrollton, KY to fill several Cook positions. This is a long-term immediate need opportunity. Responsibilities for these positions include: u00b7 Prepares food items using standardized recipes in a timely manner u00b7 Determines food and supplies needed and coordinate meal production with serving hours. u00b7 Prepares all special dietary need as directed by the menus. u00b7 Monitors all food items to see that at least the minimum guidelines for temperature, taste, and quality are always upheld. u00b7 Ensures the proper preparation, portioning, and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes. u00b7 Tastes and prepares food to determine quality. u00b7 Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards. u00b7 Assists with orientation and training of new kitchen employees. u00b7 Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures. u00b7 Attends all in-services as required. u00b7 Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling. u00b7 Assists with proper documentation of temperature logs, taste panel forms, and cleaning schedules. u00b7 Washing dishes and pans u00b7 Clean and sanitize u00b7 Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: u00b7 Previous experience in fine dining preferred. u00b7 Successful completion of recognized food safety course preferred.
