At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include: + Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes + Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed + Attend client meetings + Assist with onsite timekeeping + Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met + Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed. + Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed Qualifications: Must be able to work 3rd shift-10pm until 7am. Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. Must be proficient with MS Office programs.
