Construction Foreman Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our field team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of our salvage, recovery, and demolition projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a broad understanding of mechanical processes and techniques are essential for this role. Responsibilities + Supervise and coordinate activities on-site. + Manage and lead a team of salvage technicians. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. + Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders. + Collaborate with leadership to properly plan and execute each job. + Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility. + Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage. Essential Skills + Proven experience in a supervisory role in the mechanical or construction industry. + Strong knowledge of mechanical processes, techniques, and materials. + Excellent leadership skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Experience operating trucks (Class A CDL preferred) and other heavy equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to travel overnight to certain work sites. + Comfortable working in all weather conditions. + Open to being on call for disaster restoration work.
