Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sport Category Lead to support the Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations (BPO) team. This role is a highly visible, senior operational leadership role responsible for stewarding seasonal excellence, cross functional orchestration, and end to end marketing operations across Jordan Sport. This role acts as a brand management quarterback, ensuring strategy translates into disciplined execution across a complex, matrixed organization. Scope & Impact u2022u2003Lead Brand Planning & Operations for a mini portfolio of Jordan Sport categories, including football, baseball, and athletic training. u2022u2003Own seasonal orchestration across planning, execution, and delivery u2014 ensuring work lands on time, on budget, and at the right moments. u2022u2003Serve as the central point of integration across Brand Management, Brand Marketing functions, and shared services. u2022u2003Operate as one of the most visible operational leadership roles within Jordan Sport. What Youu2019ll Work On u2022u2003Lead and manage multiple seasons and in season executions, driving clarity at key milestones within the marketing process. u2022u2003Build and manage operating plans, integrated workback schedules, and Airtable platforms to track workflow, budget, and resourcing. u2022u2003Oversee process, tools, and budget management, ensuring operational rigor and best in class practices. u2022u2003Partner closely with Brand Management to translate strategic intent into executable plans that feel authentic to the Jordan Brand. u2022u2003Drive alignment across Brand Management and Brand Marketing; Production, Sport Leads, Integrated Media, and Retail u2022u2003Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities early u2014 and proactively course correct. Who Youu2019ll Work With u2022u2003Reports into Jordan North America Brand Planning & Operations leadership. u2022u2003Partners daily with Jordan Sport Brand Management and cross functional marketing teams. u2022u2003Operates fluidly across the Nike and Jordan matrix, engaging senior leaders and key stakeholders on both sides of the brand.
