Superior is currently seeking a Corporate Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Houston, TX (On-Site 5 days) Responsible for identifying and leading company-wide strategic sourcing initiatives, purchasing compliance, and reviewing spend analytics to drive cost savings, and cross-business unit collaboration. Additionally, the position supports select enterprise-wide functions, including vehicle fleet management, real estate portfolio management, and consolidation of metrics for ESG tracking. Duties and Responsibilities: + Identify and lead enterprise-wide strategic sourcing initiatives, coordinating company-wide sourcing opportunities with business leads to drive cost collaboration, standardization, and cost savings + Develop and deliver analytics to monitor spending, purchasing compliance, and vendor compliance with company-wide preferred supplier agreements, while identifying savings opportunities + Own vendor governance and approval processes, serving as gatekeeper for go-forward vendors and maintaining the Approved Vendor List (AVL) in the ERP system + Ensure compliance with purchasing process + Oversight of company-wide vehicle fleet management and sourcing / disposal + Oversight of real-estate portfolio and data tracking + Support corporate ESG reporting by consolidating business-unit tracked metrics for corporate and customer reporting. Minimum Requirements: + Background in oil and gas services industry + Third-party negotiations is preferred + Strong verbal and written communication + Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing data and developing management level dashboards + Ability to define, develop, implement and monitor KPIs to track cost savings and identify sourcing opportunities + Proficiency with ERP and procurement systems, including vendor master data management and Approved Vendor Lists + Budgeting and understanding financial statements + Ability to lead, direct, and mentor individuals to accomplish corporate-wide initiatives Familiarity with ESG metrics and reporting related to supply chain and corporate operations Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree from a four-year college or university preferred, five (5)+ years of supply chain and/or operations experience in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
