This individual will have solid technical infrastructure experience, strong project management acumen, excellent vendor management skills, plus a superior, service-oriented approach to infrastructure operations. Due to the broad impact of deploying and managing endpoints (workstations, servers, and mobile devices) of every business unit around the globe, superior customer service and communication are essential to this position.Job ResponsibilitiesImaging and Packaging (20%):Manage and oversee the creation and deployment of system images.Develop and maintain software packaging standards.Ensure consistency, effectiveness and quality in endpoint delivery services across all user environments.Patching and Updates (20%):Govern and Monitor patching and in-place upgradesEnsure process adherence and problem trend analysis for recurring patching/update issuesLead scope, enhancements, and project activities related to endpoint updates and lifecycle improvementsManage critical path items for upgrade and patch scheduleMicrosoft 365 (30%):Oversee corporate email, cloud collaboration platforms, licensing, and administrationUnderstand system architecture and manage service stability, security, and configuration for messaging and collaboration systems(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)Lead large-scale cloud content migrations, including M&A-driven Office 365 migrationsDevelop and maintain service roadmaps with Service Provider, Security, BRM, and EA for O365-based servicesProvide technical oversight to ensure accurate resolution of O365-related issuesOn-Site Support and Team Coordination For EU and NA (30%):Manage escalations, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and complex troubleshootingImplement permanent solutions for recurring issues and communicate changes to teamsLead and coordinate projects requiring cross-functional or on-site collaborationKnowledge, Skill and AttributesKnowledge and SkillsStrong technical background across enterpriseinfrastructure servicesAbility to communicate technical topics to non-technical audiencesStrong organizational, analytical, and multitaskingskillsAttributesThinks strategically, anticipates future needs, Makesfact-based decision
