This ranges from Pega internal Customer Decision Hub and GenAI capabilities, to leveraging external vendors as well. You will help drive engagement across the buyeru2019s journey and with clients and partners to support Pegau2019s business goals. You will drive measurable impact on Marketing, and for Pega overall What You'll Do at Pega: + u200bu200bu200bu200bBecome a subject matter expert in our Autonomous Marketing Platform, which drives marketing execution and operations, and Customer Decision Hub, an AI-powered decision engine to optimize customer engagement. + u200bTransform marketing into a best-in-class organization improving execution with the help of GenAI-driven agentic workflows, critical data integrations, and process optimization. + u200bBe a subject matter expert in process design to optimize AMP and CDH execution. + u200bServe as a bridge between marketing, IT, and product management. + u200bTurn business requirements into technology solutions. + u200bCreate and manage roadmaps, release enablement/communication, and future enhancements. + u200bServe as a passionate leader who helps frame strategy within technology solutions.u200bu200bu200b Who You Are: + Confident and collaborative to challenge perspectives constructively and manage diverse, sometimes tough stakeholders. + Eager to establish a strategic position to solving problems with technology and help others understand or reach a collaborative vision. + Business and Tech-savvy with ability to bridge/translate between business and tech teams earning product team, IT, and businessu2019 trust. What You've Accomplished: + u200bu200bu200b5u20137+ years in Technical MarTech, Marketing Operations Engineering, RevOps Engineering, or related roles. + u200bHave a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and Marketing execution. + u200bHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. + u200bDeveloped an optimized MartTech strategy aligned to marketing goals which encompassed people, process, and technology. + u200bTurned strategy into technical requirements and scalable production capabilities driving measurable impact against those goals. + u200bHave managed end to end programs/projects including communications, enablement, and adoption. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
