The role is responsible for upholding facilitationstandards, training and mentoring facilitators and study staff, andproviding day-to-day leadership for facilitation activities. Thisposition will contribute to continuous improvement of facilitationworkflows, operating procedures, and session environments; supportparticipant safety and data integrity through fidelity monitoring andquality oversight; and serve as a liaison between the facilitation teamand study leadership. In addition, this role includes supervisoryresponsibilities, operational coordination, and active participation inprotocol-defined research activities, assessments, and documentation.Additional Information: This position is full or part-time, 50%-100%This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite,at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performedremotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. This position hasbeen identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerablepopulations.
