The role is responsible for upholding facilitationstandards, training and mentoring facilitators and study staff, andproviding day-to-day leadership for facilitation activities. Thisposition will contribute to continuous improvement of facilitationworkflows, operating procedures, and session environments; supportparticipant safety and data integrity through fidelity monitoring andquality oversight; and serve as a liaison between the facilitation teamand study leadership. In addition, this role includes supervisoryresponsibilities, operational coordination, and active participation inprotocol-defined research activities, assessments, and documentation.Additional Information: This position is full or part-time, 50%-100%This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite,at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performedremotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. This position hasbeen identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerablepopulations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initialcaregiver check to be eligible for employment under the WisconsinCaregiver Law and every four years.
