Your will be responsible forestablishing UX best-practice supporting the Digital Office and adjacentteams. Educating peers and demonstrating the value UX practices canbring to key initiatives will be critical to successfully deliveringdigital products which solve customer needs. You will own the overall UXvision and serve as the primary liaison for organizing and prioritizingthe UX team's backlog. You will work collaboratively with digital teammembers, web developers, product managers, and IT to find creativesolutions to customer problems and design user interfaces to improve theonline customer experience. Establishing cohesive branding and designelements across apps is paramount to a seamless experience. Developing afoundational knowledge of business objectives will be key to improvingthe customer experience across apps and increasing online sales. Key JobResponsibilities Leadership Ownership: Own the design and experience ofwebsites and digital products Leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire amultidisciplinary team of UX/UI designers and researchers. Strategy:Parter with the product team and key customers to define the long-termUX vision and strategy for our digital products Design System: Owns afederated design system that drives flexibility and consistency acrossdigital products. Drives the evolution and maturity of our design systemto ensure brand consistency and unification of digital productsResearch: Establishes and maintains best practices for user research andtesting to inform product owners about trends, usability, and productsentiment.
