Senior Android Engineer We are seeking an Senio Android Eng who will Lead the design and development of significant mobile application features or projects Responsibilities: + Lead the design and development of significant mobile application features or projects. + Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and prioritize software requirements. + Participate in code reviews across teams to maintain high-quality code standards. + Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks. + Contribute to the improvement, scalability, and performance of development processes and software architecture. + Collaborate with cross functional teams to debug and improve products. + Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, code comments, clear and efficient code. + Continuously learn and adapt to modern technologies and development practices. Required Qualifications: + 6+ years of professional experience in native iOS and/or Android development. + 1+ native iOS and/or Android published applications + Proficiency in native iOS and/or Android programming languages (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin). + Deep understanding of mobile architecture and design principles. + Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. + Effective leadership and communication skills. + Experienced in working in a full stack environment. + Excellent communication and technical influencing skills. Work Model: Remote within the U.S. Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Salary Range: $100,000 u2013 $117,000 annually Compensation & Benefits: This position is eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to applicable plans.
