Picture Yourself at Pega: In this role youu2019ll own and evolve our internal GTM GenAI product portfolio, partnering with business leadership, end users, and product/data engineering to turn ideas into adopted, end to end solutions. You will define agentic workflows, craft high quality AI instructions, integrate the right intelligence sources and automations, andu2014criticallyu2014drive measurable adoption and KPI impact. What You'll Do at Pega: + Portfolio Leadership & Roadmap + Define the GTM GenAI product portfolio, prioritize the backlog, align leadership, and steer multi track delivery. + Lead executive reviews and socialize strategy, outcomes, and next steps. Collaborate with GTM leaders to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-driven innovation. + Work with end users to get feedback, test solutions, drive adoption, gather feedback and optimize solution value creation. + Agentic Workflow Design + Reimagine how GTM work gets done; translate business objectives into agentic workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. + Author robust GenAI instructions/prompts and bring together the right tools, data sources, and automations to meet objectives. + Optimize solutions as things change and you learn, ensure reaching objectives + Delivery & Optimization + Partner with engineering and operations to ship iteratively; instrument solutions for telemetry, A/B tests, and feedback loops to optimize value. + Drive user testing, change management, enablement, and scaled adoption across GTM functions. + Value Measurement & Governance + Define success metrics, track adoption, ROI, and business value. + Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsibleu2011AI practices in partnership with crossu2011functional teams. What You've Accomplished: + 5+ years in technical solution design across GTM functions (product ownership, workflow/automation, data + AI). + Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications. + Proven delivery of endu2011tou2011end solutions that combine GenAI, intelligence sources, automations, and humanu2011inu2011theu2011loop controls. + Strong program & project management; onu2011time results at scale. + Familiarity with GTM data/intelligence sources and the vendor ecosystem. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Experience influencing senior leadership and partnering closely with end users. + Experience building agentic workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. + Promptu2011engineering best practices; evaluation frameworks; telemetry and experimentation. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
