About the role The Sr. Coupa Technology Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions using Coupa technologies. Responsible for configuring and supporting Coupa for sourcing and costing events enabling fast seasonal setup accurate data flow across PLM OD COGS Analyzer Coupa and smooth supplier interactions. In this role, you will: u00b7 Build and maintain RFQ bid sheet templates (Excel) supplier- specific access and event configurations. u00b7 Automate data flows and mappings (PC9 bid sheet ID fabric unique identifiers) across PLM/OD COGS/Coupa. u00b7 Create formulas fact sheets and exportable reports for analytics and vendor comparisons. u00b7 Manage supplier access controls NDA gating and support event operations. u00b7 Support seasonal readiness by reducing manual coding and rework. u00b7 Design and implement solutions using Coupa technologies to optimize procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency. u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Coupa modules such as Invoice EInv Compliance Payments & discounts and Expense T&E Mgmt. u00b7 Provide expert guidance on Coupa Procure Eprocurement and Contract Mgmt Automate to streamline procurement workflows. u00b7 Oversee the deployment of Coupa Inventory Management and Spend Analysis to improve inventory control and financial insights. u00b7 Facilitate the integration of Coupa Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing to strengthen supplier relationships and sourcing strategies. u00b7 Utilize Coupas suite to enhance supply chain procurement (P2P) processes ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness. u00b7 Leverage domain expertise in Supply Chain Management and Multi Channel to drive innovation and best practices. u00b7 Ensure solutions align with business objectives and contribute to the companys strategic goals. u00b7 Monitor and evaluate system performance making recommendations for improvements and optimizations. u00b7 Provide training and support to users ensuring effective utilization of Coupa technologies. u00b7 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. u00b7 Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Coupa technologies to maintain competitive advantage. u00b7 Working in a hybrid model ensuring flexibility and collaboration across teams. Work model: Hybrid u2013 Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago and Bridgeport, NJ What you need to have to be considered u00b7 Handsu2011on Coupa Sourcing setup (templates, access models, event phases). u00b7 Strong Excel & data modeling (lookups, IDs, validations). u00b7 Experience with PLM workflows and OD COGS/Analyzer alignment. u00b7 Comfortable balancing nou2011code vs lowu2011code approaches. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $138,000 - $162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
