JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARYThe Financial Analyst II - Credit isresponsible for conducting advanced credit analysis. The work requiresusing good judgement, decision making, and financial statementcomparison and evaluation with little supervision. This rolecollaborates with our sales team and external customers to find andreduce risk and ensure suitable credit limits are set to support salesand strategy while avoiding loss. This position will be located at ourCorporate Office in Appleton, WI with in-office expectations fourdays/week (Monday - Thursday) with Fridays as an optional in-office orwork from home day, depending on business need. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESPerform assignments of moderate complexity, including financialanalysis, reporting, and data management. Conduct detailed financialanalysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee specific aspectsof projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Ensure compliancewith company policies, accounting standards, and regulatoryrequirements. Gather, investigate and evaluate the credit background ofincoming applicants, acquisition accounts and existing customers, usingmultiple data sources and, where applicable, analyzing financialstatements Determine appropriate terms of payment and any requiredcollateral to support the recommended credit limit Develop comprehensivewritten recommendations, where required, for assigned customer creditlimits Timely communicate credit limits and security requirements toappropriate sales, marketing and managementassociates Where needed,professionally interact with applicants and customers to obtain and/orreview credit and financial information required as part of the creditdue diligence process Timely prepare and disseminate credit activityreports to sales, marketing and management associates and advise them onany potential recommended actions Ensure work appropriately adheres tointernal controls and credit policy. Escalate exceptions proactively toleadership.
