Part-time CREU Program Coordinator (0.5 FTE) Description University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Medicine - Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Diabetes Job Title: Part-time CREU Program Coordinator (0.5 FTE) Position #: 00845165 - Requisition #: 38952 Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: + Maintain program website and databases, including applications. + Organize and manage competitive review processes with faculty reviewers. + Compile program metrics and analyze feedback surveys. + Collaborate with CU Evaluation Center on evaluation plans. + Recruit and coordinate faculty for lectures, workshops, and mentoring roundtables. + Organize biotech company visits, networking events, and the annual Poster Session. + Develop processes and marketing strategies to boost applications. + Recruit mentors, manage profiles, and match students with mentors. + Serve as main contact for applicants/mentors and advise students throughout the program. + Coordinate peer mentors from graduate and medical schools. + Assist with grant reports, funding applications, and program accounts. + Submit progress/expenditure reports to sponsors and manage donor funding. + Process honorarium payments for external lecturers. + Partner with HR on hiring paperwork, background checks, payroll, and building access. + Coordinate travel and housing for out-of-state students.
