CGI Federal is looking for a Senior Network Security Architect/Engineer with deep expertise in Palo Alto Prisma SASE to lead transformative cybersecurity initiatives for federal civilian agencies. This is your chance to design and implement advanced security solutions that drive Zero Trust strategies and protect critical systems. In this role, youu2019ll architect scalable Prisma-based environments, develop Zero Trust roadmaps, and deliver automated, resilient solutions across cloud and on-premises platforms. Youu2019ll work with tools like Prisma Access, Prisma SD-WAN, Prisma Cloud, Strata Cloud Manager, and automation technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, and Pythonu2014all while collaborating in an Agile environment to stay ahead of evolving threats. This position is located in one of CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA or Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week. Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022 Design secure network architectures featuring ZTNA, SD-WAN, VPN alternatives, and MSSP frameworks. u2022 Automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, and Python, creating reusable configurations and policy templates. u2022 Implement advanced threat prevention: DLP, SSL inspection, URL filtering, malware protection, sandboxing, and SaaS security. u2022 Communicate architectural solutions and Zero Trust strategies to stakeholders. u2022 Lead incident response and security audits using Prismau2019s analytics tools. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve secure architectures and deliver Prisma training. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required as well as successful passing of CGI background check prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates must have ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD/Public Trust clearance. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience). CISSP preferred. u2022 5+ years in network security architecture/engineering. u2022 Deep expertise with Palo Alto Prisma suite and Zero Trust frameworks. u2022 Hands-on experience with SASE, ZTNA, SD-WAN, and automation tools. u2022 Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical projects.
