Engineering Project Coordinator Actalent is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to add an Engineering Project Coordinator to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical detail, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and is looking to advance into a future Engineering Production Coordinator role. About the Role In this hybrid technical/operations position, you will serve as a critical link between engineering, design, production, and supply chain teams. Youu2019ll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are accurate, complete, and properly routed through the engineering and manufacturing process. Your work directly supports the creation of custom engineered products and helps drive efficiency across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with early-career experience in manufacturing or engineering who wants to build deeper technical and project coordination skills. Key Responsibilities + Review incoming orders for accuracy and alignment with quotes, manufacturing drawings, and schematics. + Serve as the u201cgatekeeperu201d for engineering involvement - determining when technical input is needed. + Create, compile, and release complete manufacturing packets to the production floor. + Enter and manage data within the ERP system to support supply chain and production teams. + Coordinate custom and complex orders by assembling drawings and ensuring proper documentation. + Communicate with vendors and potential vendors to identify and source required components. + Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and production staff to ensure seamless workflow. Required Skills & Experience + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings. + Experience working with electrical schematics. + Familiarity with ERP systems. + 1u20132 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or similar technical environment. Preferred Qualifications + Experience managing bills of materials (BOMs) and routings within an ERP platform. + Comfort working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple teams and priorities. + Strong problem-solving ability and an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who enjoys improving processes and eliminating inefficiencies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
