Description: The National Security Space (NSS) Stakeholder Engagement staff member is responsible for strategically planning, coordinating, and managing NSS stakeholder engagement initiatives, to enhance the overall employee experience across all the NSS sites. This position will be located in Sunnyvale and may require some travel to other NSS site locations. The NSS Stakeholder Engagement staff responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: u2022 Lead NSS employee engagement activities across the Sunnyvale campus, partnering with local executive leadership to support site-specific events and initiatives u2022 Lead NSS classified engagement activities, including owning the NSS classified SharePoint site, Classified Quarterly Newsletter, and classified Mission Highlights in collaboration with partner organizations u2022 Plan, coordinate and manage the NSS Quarterly Awards program, ensuring continuous recognition of NSS employees u2022 Foster open communication and connection amongst the Sunnyvale site and the NSS Stakeholder Engagement team to collaborate on initiatives and enhance local employee experience u2022 Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, promoting a cohesive and positive work culture u2022 Implement feedback, taking action to address employee concerns and improve the work environment u2022 Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless execution of SkE initiatives Basic Qualifications: u2022 Experience in event planning and coordination u2022 Proficiency in using project management and communication tools Desired Skills: u2022 Experience leading (informally or formally) projects u2022 Solid ethical judgment and integrity u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders u2022 Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously u2022 Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills u2022 Proficiency in SharePoint and website content management u2022 Knowledge of NSS customers, sites and missions u2022 Excellent relationship building skills with all levels of employees and leadership u2022 Strong social acumen skills u2022 Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure u2022 TS Clearance required prior to start; US Citizenship required u2022 Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/Poly Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905.
