Graduate Assistant Cross Country Track & FieldThis part-time position receives a stipend and an optional graduate tuition waiver. Duties include assisting the Head Coach with the coordination and preparation of the universitys Cross Country and Track & Field team.Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:Assist with the recruitment of future University of Mary scholar athletesAssist with coaching Assist with daily operations of the programOther duties as assignedDesired Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Experience include:Bachelors degree required Working knowledge of NCAA rules, standards, practices, and proceduresStrong interpersonal skillsStrong communication skillsUpholds and supports the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of MarySupports the ongoing implementation of Ex Corde Ecclesiae, the apostolic constitution on Catholic colleges and universitiesBuilds a culture of ready and earnest hospitality in the Office of Intercollegiate Athletics and throughout the university, in accord with Saint Benedicts admonition that all be received as ChristThis position includes:Part-time scheduleGraduate Tuition waiver (optional)A stipend is provided In keeping with the Universitys strategic plan Vision 2030, this position requires thoughtful commitment to the Universitys unique philosophy of collegiate athletics (please see the Athletic Strategic Plan
