We are consumer-oriented, and we act responsibly all along the value chain.What You Will Learn:Ensure product compliance with L’Oreal’s Standard Procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Develop and provide training to OMA Team (Open Manufacturing Americas) and our CM (Contract Manufacturers)Issue Nonconformancefor Consumer Complaintsand follow Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA)with the vendor and internal stakeholdersHelp animate and drive Quality Culture initiatives and focus on quality mindset activities within OMA as well as vendorsManagement of Partnership Assessment with TOP CMsGatekeeper forChange Control for OMA QualityActively Participate in Regulatory activities such as Annual Product Reviews, Quality Charter/Quality Agreement etc.Work with subcontractors (CM) onstatusof Quality nonconformities, support investigations and problem solving. Assessriskwhich mayimpactproduct safety or compliance.Provide supportfor ContractManufacturer and Packing SupplierQuality Audits& Internal AuditsEnsure that CAPAs areinitiated, assigned, thoroughly investigated,documentedand effectively resolved when deficiencies are found during development, testing, manufacturing.
