The Trinity House is a medical facility that provides an array of medical and mental health services to adults and adolescents.This is a Behavioral Health Facility with a full continuum of care for adults with a 16 Bed Adult Inpatient unit, Adult IOP and traditional outpatient clinic for mental health and addiction, Adult Recovery Maintenance, Relapse and Continuing Care Groups, Adult Mental Health Wellness and Emotional Regulation Groups. The medical director will be responsible for ensuring medical services meet the required standards of care and serving as the Collaborative for mid-level practitioners. Trinity has an inpatient-department, outpatient department and an IOP/PHP department.
